Cancelations  

All guests must keep a valid credit or debit card on file to schedule.  If canceling without 48 hours notice 50% of your scheduled service will be charged to the card on file.  No call / No show will be charged 100% of the service scheduled.

This is to help us respect everyone's time, the stylists as well as other guests who maybe hoping to have that spot.

IBE Deposit

A $500 non-refundable deposit is required prior to scheduling your IBE service.  This deposit goes toward the overall cost of the appointment. The remaining balance is due at the time of service.  You may reschedule your appointment with 72 hours notice.  Those who do not give proper notice will forfeit their deposit.  Deposit is transferable up to 6 months from the date received.

Redos

Our number one goal is for you to love your hair.  If you would like us to adjust anything please let us know with in 3 days of the date your service was received.  We will gladly make any complimentary adjustments with in 10 days of the initial service.  We do not offer refunds.

No Children 

Our goal is to create the perfect place for you and other mamas to relax.  We ask that you do not bring your kiddos with you to your appointment.  The salon can be a dangerous place for children, and they may interfere with our ability to perform your service.  If you are unable to find childcare, please reach out to reschedule.
